Our communities are focused on independent living with a strong sense of community. We invite all our residents to participate in our free barbecues, Christmas Party and other community events.

Affordable stable housing to help individuals and families succeed

Through programs such as the Terra-Brentwood Program, the Apartment Program, and the Legacy Program we provide participants the opportunity to rent housing with a rent geared to income subsidy. To help our residents build the skills and resiliency to succeed, we provide programs on tenancy, parenting, budgeting and educational planning.
